The following: Littleton Circle Drainage & ADA Repairs. A mandatory pre - bid meeting will be held on April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. located in the Utilities Administration Building, 1102 South Amelia Ave., DeLand, Florida 32724. A. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. LITTLE CIRCLE DRAINAGE AND ADA REPAIRS - Bid #B-25-07 which include: Drainage system improvements including demolition and replacement of existing concrete curbs, driveway aprons and sidewalks, milling and resurfacing of existing asphaltic pavement, installation of thermoplastic detectable warning plates/tiles, installation of thermoplastic striping for crosswalks and stop lines according to the provided design, as well as removal of large trees and repair of the irrigation systems in tree removal areas, all in accordance with the design and technical information provided for the development of this project. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but is generally located on Littleton Circle in DeLand, Florida 32720. These improvements will be executed in accordance with the provided technical documentation.
