DeLand High - Renovate Tennis Courts- the general scope of work for this project includes the reconstruction of the existing tennis courts at deland high school located in deland, florida. The Tennis Courts Reconstruction Project at DeLand High School shall include: 1. The reconstruction of bituminous pavement tennis courts includes the installation of tennis nets, posts, new perimeter fencing, and other appurtenances, as detailed in the Contract Documents. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. All other work indicated on the contract plans and/or specifications. Alternate No. 1 - Basketball goals on four (4) tennis courts Bid Bond Included (The following sentence applies if the A310 Bid Bond is included for this project) Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid. Bidders for this project are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification issued by the School Board of Volusia County Florida at the time of bid opening.
