Renovation of a water / sewer project in DeLand, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Generator for Lift Station # 16 This is a federally assisted project and is subject to Federal Labor Standards which include, the Davis-Bacon Act (payment of prevailing wage rates) and the Copeland Act (anti-kickback of wages & submission of weekly certified payroll reports), as well as other provisions including 24 CFR 85.36 (bonding requirements), and Section 3 & M/WBE. Laborers and mechanics employed by primary contractors and sub-contractors performing construction work on this project shall be paid wages at rates not less than the prevailing rates as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act.
