The renovations to the basketball courts to include full replacement of the existing court asphalt and new resilient court resurfacing. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. All other work indicated on the contract plans and/or specifications. The School Board reserves the right to reject any one or more bids as provided by law. All bids shall be binding for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of bid opening or until School Board approval of the bid, whichever occurs first. The bid amount of the successful bidder, once approved by the School Board, shall not be subject to change or withdrawal.
