Site work for a water / sewer project in McLemoresville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid on is as follows: o Replacement of 4,900 ft of new 6" PVC water main. o Installation of 2 water valves, 3 fire hydrants, and 6 customer water services. o The allotted time for construction is 120 calendar days for meter replacement. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of McLemoresville. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 Deadline for Interpretations and Questions: Five (5) days before Bid date.
