Request for Bids Reidhead House Adobe and Plaster Repair City of Show Low Project No. FM-5225 2.0 The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Reidhead House Adobe and Plaster Repair City of Show Low Project No. FM-5225 2.0. The Reidhead House is located in the City of Show Low, at 780 E Deuce of Clubs, Show Low AZ 85901, Parcel 210-17-001. The work includes new construction and repair/restoration of interior elements per the plans and specifications titled "Reidhead House". The work is further described as providing all necessary labor, equipment and materials for a complete project including adobe crack repairs, and lime plaster finishes. The City will provide permitted plans. A line-item bid form is provided in the Bid Documents. The contactor shall complete usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner. The contractor shall possess all necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work The City of Show Low reserves the right to select the bid that best suits the City's needs and may modify the Scope of Work.
