Renovation of a residential development in Steelton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Patio and Retaining Wall Renovation A certified check or bank draft payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin or a satisfactory bid bond on the prescribed form executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to Fifteen Percent (15 %) of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract must be paid on this project and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. Bidders are also advised that HUD's Section 3 requirements apply to this contract. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid. Electronic bids will be accepted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services and perform and complete all work required for the Patio and Retaining Wall Renovation project at the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin Offices, Dauphin County, PA, owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of obligations arising thereunder in the amount of 100% of the Contract on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents. A Waiver of Lien with each Application for Payment is required. The Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin.
