Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Steelton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Cost Range: $750,000 - $1,100,000, The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of three (3) wastewater pumps and force main appurtenances; installation of an influent sewage grinder; installation of a submersible wet well mixing pump; exterior improvements; installation of an emergency generator; installation of new electrical equipment and controls; HVAC improvements and other miscellaneous work as required by the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10% The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) and the federal Davis-Bacon Act shall apply. This project is being funded by PennVEST. The Borough of Steelton reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough of Steelton, and to reject any or all proposals.
