Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; medical facility; and medical facility.
The work includes: Demolition of the Buena Vista Hospital and Seniors' Lodge building, including site preparation, safety systems, barricades, demolition activities, backfilling and landscaping of site; Conducting demolition, hauling, and disposal activities in accordance with asbestos handling policies and procedures; Loading, covering, hauling and disposal of demolition materials to the Kerrobert landfill; Clean-up of site; Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.
