The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of the construction of new storm sewer facilities including storm sewer drain inlets and appurtenances. The restoration work shall include any and all work required to bring the properties back to pre-existing conditions. All existing pipes, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, poles, etc shall be repaired or replaced, if required, on all properties at no additional cost. The work is located along Greenwood Drive within the Township of Millburn. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. Although the contract is a single overall construction contract, the Specifications describe construction operations in various standard broad work categories. The general construction work shall include in general, site excavation and backfill, environmental protection and restoration, concrete and masonry work, general construction, and final clean-up.
