Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millburn, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit proposals for Engineering and Design Services for Short Hills Train Station Pedestrian Safety Improvements. The Township of Millburn has received a Local Aid grant from the New Jersey Department of Transportation, for a Safe Streets to Transit Project at the Short Hills Train Station, eastbound platform, and along Chatham Road between the intersections of Short Hills Avenue and Woodland Road. The Township is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide engineering design services as well as construction management and inspection services for this project. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 Receipt of Questions regarding the RFP must be received by Millburn Township in order for consideration of such questions in any Addenda that may thereafter be issued. Any questions about this Request for Proposals should be directed to engineer@millburntwp.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
