The City of Santa Barbara is seeking to award a contract to paint Hangar 1, Building #317 located at 1600 Cecil Cook Place, Santa Barbara, CA 93117. The successful contractor will provide all insurance, bonds, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits and other incidentals to prep and paint the entire exterior of the building. LEAD has been found, and the contractor will be required to mitigate as State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations require, in order to properly apply paint products.
