Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Brawley, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Bidder shall furnish and deliver Liquid Chlorine, Copper Sulfate, Clarifloc C-308-P, Clarifloc WE-1474, Ferric Sulfate, Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH), Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic Acid), and Sodium Bicarbonate. The contract period shall be for two years from the date of the Notice to Proceed. If mutually aggregable by both parties, the contract may be extended for an additional twelve months on a month-to-month basis. Questions during the bidding process shall be directed to Ms. Ana Gutierrez, Public Works Analyst via email at agutierrez@brawleyca.gov, no later than 5:00 p.m. April 25, 2025. BID BOND: Shall be completed in the forms provided as per Instructions to Bidders, and accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond executed in favor of the City of Brawley in an amount of ten percent of the bid, to be forfeited as fixed and liquidated damages should bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract.
