The CEP is located at 5300 Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Question Deadline Question Deadline 05/09/2025 at 6:00 PM ET The term 'qualified' is defined as any individual, firm, corporation or company that, either in person or through representative, is engaged in and is responsible for the installation, replacement or repair of cooling tower systems; is experienced in such work and familiar with all precautions required; and has complied with all the requirements of local, state and federal codes and standards. The Scope of Work shall include translating the contract scope of work into a specific detailed work plan. It shall identify location(s), means and methods of accomplishing the plan, anticipated sequence of events, equipment to be used, etc. Please note that this includes all work to be performed by the Contractor and Subcontractors of every tier.
