Maintenance of all Borough of Glassboro owned HVAC Equipment 1) Bidder will inspect all HVAC and report to the Borough of Glassboro any malfunctions or defects within thirty (30) days after commencement of the contract. If the equipment cannot be operated within the thirty (30) day period due to seasonal conditions or other factors, the period for initial inspection will be extended for mutually agreed period. Upon completion of the inspection, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to make recommendations and to assist the Borough of Glassboro in restoring the equipment to proper operating conditions. All restoration costs shall be borne by the Borough of Glassboro unless otherwise stated in this contract. To secure an HVAC Maintenance contract for (2) years from May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2027, with one (2) year extension or two (1) year extensions based on index rate agreeable to both parties. The Borough will not be responsible for any costs associated with the oral or written and/or presentation of the bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. The Borough further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all vendors submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the Borough reserves the right to re-bid.
