Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laguna Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work comprises of removing existing beach access improvements, protecting improvements not to be removed, drilling, shoring, dredging, coastal/tidal protection, cofferdams, grading, forming and constructing new concrete pathways and stairways, forming and constructing new concrete stairway bridge structures, forming and constructing new cast-in-drilled-hole piles, constructing retaining walls, utility adjustments and improvements, new water services and meters, signing and striping improvements, installing irrigation systems, and landscaping and planting improvements in the City of Laguna Beach. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) per working day.
