The City of Laguna Beach is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional custodial maintenance services for various City-owned facilities. Services will include routine cleaning, sanitation, and periodic deep cleaning to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and the public. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, general custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash and recycling removal, window cleaning, restocking of supplies, and periodic deep cleaning. Services may be required during regular business hours, after hours, and on weekends or holidays, depending on facility needs and City event schedules. All work shall be performed in a professional and efficient manner, consistent with industry best practices and City standards.
