The work covered by this section consists of furnishing and installing all l, materials, equipment, fixtures and performing all labor and operations for complete and operable systems. B. Provide all new materials, unless noted otherwise, of the best quality, and in perfect condition, and materials of the same make and quality throughout the work and as hereinafter specified.
