Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Thomson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
One bid must provide the labor costs for the removal and disposal of the existing floor along with repairing any necessary subfloor damages. A second bid must provide the labor costs for installing the new flooring over the existing floor. All bids must include the purchase and installation of a 20-mil wear layer LVT flooring, Aladdin Commercial, Forest Lawn "Portobella" 5.0 by Mohawk, for 8,736 square feet with a 10-year commercial warranty; install a 4-inch vinyl cove base for 1,800 linear feet, and install all door strips. Bid must also include the costs of moving furniture, along with all supplies and materials needed to complete the floor installation.
