Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Thomson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Project consists of water feature, hardscape, amphitheater, restroom and picnic shelter building. The project also includes vertical site elements that include an entry feature with a built-in seat wall and other seat walls. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General contract (all trades). Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Licenses: Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. Insurance and Bonds: A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Project No - 024181.00 Question deadline 7-18-2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
