Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Marshall, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work under this Contract is restoration of disturbed turf within the City right of way or City property. The city is simultaneous accepting bids for stump grinding of approximately 100 stumps throughout the City of Marshall. The 2025 work under this contract will consist of restoration of the disturbed areas after stump grinding (under a different contract) in 2025. Question Deadline 05/01/2025 Any questions regarding the project shall be brought to the attention of Marguerite Davenport at mdavenport@cityofmarshall.com Questions by telephone call are prohibited. Questions will not be accepted if received less than seven (7) calendar days before the bids are due. The work will commence after the stump grinding contract is started. All stumps slated for removal in 2025 are required to be removed by September 30, 2025. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract. Withdrawal of any Proposal is prohibited for a period of 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any irregularities in any Proposal, and to delete any part(s) in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
