As of June 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Cervantes Landscape Services, including the two alternates for a total of $415,157. PROJECT SCOPE: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: replacement of irrigation controllers and the installation of master valve flow sensors in street medians west of Dougherty Road, including demolition, irrigation, electrical, restoration and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Technical Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. All bidders must possess a valid class A or C27 California contractor's license and bids must include bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
