The project includes the following work: Base Bid: Installation of approximately 2,030 lineal feet of new 18-inch C900 PVC Waterline and associated surface restoration, primarily located within existing waterline easements. Work will additionally include service line reconnection. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to BID on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder's security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier's Check, or d) Cash. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid date notes: A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation "BID ENCLOSED".
