Bid Package 13 is for CLT & Glued-Laminated Construction Supply at the New City Hall project in Rathdrum, Idaho. Bids must be hand delivered to Walker Construction, Inc. All bids must be valid for 60 days following the bid receipt date. Bid security in an amount equal to five percent of the total price is required. This can be a cashier's or certified check made payable to Walker Construction, Inc., a bid bond executed by a surety company qualified to do business in Idaho, or cash. Any bid not accompanied by the required bid security will be considered non-responsive. For bids of $50,000 or more, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100 percent of the Contract price may be required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to submit a bid for this work. Walker Construction reserves the right to retain bids for up to 60 days, waive informalities, award the contract to any bidder to the City's advantage, or reject all bids.
