DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work for which proposals are to be received is for the construction of the following: construction of public infrastructure (Water, sewer, roads), earthwork, utilities and site electrical associated with the New City Hall Building on the 30-acre property along Lancaster Rd., across from NIC. (parcel no. R00000068500). Bid packages are as follows: BP01 - Earthwork & Site Utilities, BP02 - Asphalt Paving, BP03 - Site Concrete and BP04 Site Electrical. The City has selected Walker Construction, Inc of Spokane, Washington as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) following Idaho Code 54-4511.
