Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parma Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Asphalt resurfacing of the western portion of Ackley Rd (approx. 1,300 LF) including repairs, asphalt planning & overlay with chip seal interlayer, utility adjustments and curb ramp replacement. Each bid for each project must be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of 10% of the bid or a 100% Bid Bond, the same being payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and a Performance Bond satisfactory to said municipality in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained until the Contract is properly executed and delivered. Deposits of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned following the award. Questions during the bidding period shall be submitted electronically. The goal for SBE participation is 35% of total contract award for this project. The City reserves the right to accept all or any part of any bid and to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bid, or combination of bids, which it deems lowest and best. Bidders shall be a planholder of record with the City in order for their bid to be considered. Question Deadline 04/21/2025
