Site work for a water / sewer project in Parma Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the IIJA Blossom & Sutherland Sewer Improvements Phase 1. All bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express after registering with the platform. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 10% of the bid amount or a 100% Bid Bond, payable to the City as a guarantee of contract execution and performance bond provision. Only electronic bids submitted through Bid Express will be accepted. Questions must be submitted through Bid Express during the bidding period. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract is executed; deposits for unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the award. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bidders must be planholders of record with the City. Bidders must comply with equal opportunity employment, non-discrimination, prevailing wage rates, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals. The procurement is subject to EPA small business policy. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost for the project is $2,450,000. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the BiddinG Question Deadline 04/28/2026
