Sealed bids will be received electronically for Mandalay Dr Resurfacing. All bidders must register with Bid Express to submit a bid and direct all questions through this platform. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a 100% Bid Bond. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total bid. Bidders must be planholders of record for their bid to be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Bidders must not discriminate and must comply with prevailing wage rates and federal equal employment opportunity requirements. Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate, with a 35% participation goal. The requirements of the 'Build America, Buy America' Act apply to the project. QA date - 3-13-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
