New Elementary School# 133 in Eagle Mountain, Utah Alpine School District is seeking a CM/GC for the construction of a new Elementary School in Eagle Mountain, Utah Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Industrial building and warehouse construction services including new industrial building construction services and remodeling services and industrial plant construction services, tank installation and removal and disposal and related services Management advisory services and consulting including project management and industrial management and construction management and quality The question and answer period close on the date and time specified on U3P. The CM/GC must be capable of and willing to work closely with Alpine School District representatives and the selected architect through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules, and feedback on design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. The new building will be approximately 85,632 square feet on an approximately 11.5-acre parcel in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Construction is projected to start in July 2025, and the project is to be completed July 1, 2026. The Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC) for the CM/GC is $34,250,000.00.
