Bids are invited for the College Street Water, Sewer, Drainage and Street Improvements from US 77 to East Avenue Project as described in the specifications, including demolition, excavation, new water & wastewater lines, meters,storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement and associated appurtenances. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Schulenburg or negotiable U.S.Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.The successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.
