The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: Construction of new structures and installation of equipment as follows: Generator foundations and equipment pads Paralleling switchgear inside the existing electrical building Underground duct banks, conduit, and wiring Site work, grading, and restoration Electrical installation of: Two (2) 3000kW generators Medium voltage switchgear Grounding, terminations, and connections Integration of generator controls with existing SCADA system Construction sequencing, coordination, and testing Immediately following the pre-bid meeting, a guided walking tour of the Project Site, located at 3521 Murphy Drive, Bedford, Texas 76021 This will be the only available time that prospective Bidders can visit the project site. Prospective Bidders are reminded that all visitors attending the pre-bid meeting MUST have work boots, hard hats and safety vests in order to walk through the plant facilities and buildings. No exceptions. The Authority will download the bids and the bid totals will be read. Preliminary bid results (totals only) will be posted on at online.
