The City of Ogdensburg is seeking professional engineering and architectural services to provide design, planning, and optional construction oversight for the rehabilitation of the Elsa M. Luksich public pool and bathhouse complex. The city reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. The city is not responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses. Contract award is subject to funding availability. Questions will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. on April 15, 2025, via email to jashley@ogdensburg.org. Written responses to questions submitted by such date will be distributed via email to all respective Proposers. Questions submitted after the due date for questions will not receive an official response. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Contract term: 2 Year with 1-yr extensions
