Valley Central Middle School - Pool Skylight Replacements, Pool Deck Regrouting, and Pool Starting Block Replacements This project is publicly funded. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The Valley Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and/ or to reject all Bids without explanation. No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents, the existing conditions, or of the scope of Work will be made verbally.
