Site work for a water / sewer project in Box Elder, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the installation of approximately 2,450 lf of sanitary sewer main in sizes of 8" 10", 12", and 15" PVC pipe with 9 manholes. Approximately 1,900 lf of the new sewer main surface restoration will be finished with a 12' wide, 6" thick gravel surface for maintenance access with reseeding of disturbed construction area at the completion of the project. Payment for work shall be based upon the actual in place, approved, quantities of work completed and accepted by the Owner. Bidders must have access to a current set of City of Box Elder Standard Specifications. All public improvements are required to conform to these specifications and bid prices must reflect these specifications. Bids may not be withdrawn prior to thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Owner will award the bid within twenty-one (21) days after the bid opening. The Owner and Contractor hereby acknowledges that time of completion of the work is of vital importance, and the Contractor will be required to complete the work within the time stipulated in the contract documents. Regardless of actual construction start date, all work associated with the project shall be complete, in all aspects, ready for final inspection no later than November 7, 2025.
