The CITY is seeking one or more CONTRACTORs for a CONTRACT term up to six-years to perform cleaning and video documentation utilizing National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) certified closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections of its sewer pipelines, as well as manhole inspection utilizing the Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP), and CITY owned lateral inspection utilizing the Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP). The CITY desires video documentation of approximately 54 miles of gravity sanitary sewers and 1,137 maintenance access structures. Exhibit B is a map of the service area, and the following inventory identifies the quantities and sizes.
