The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking a vendor to provide fire sprinkler and suppression repairs and maintenance. This contract shall include the supply of materials and services for the term of the contract, which is slated for a 5 year term. Pricing must include inspection report upload on Brycer compliance engine for each location. Question Deadline 07/14/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Electronic Bid bond is required. Bidders must provide all required information for the City to verify the bond with their bid. The bond must meet the following requirements and characteristics: Bid security in the amount of five-percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids.
