Sanitary Sewer Improvements - Delta Waters - Whittle Ave. to Blackthorn Dr. Class of Work: Earthwork and Drainage This project spans approximately 3,600 linear feet that includes locations on Crater Lake Hwy and Delta Waters Rd within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon and includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct sanitary sewer improvements. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: 490 feet 4-inch sanitary sewer pipe; 38 feet 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe; 3,059 feet 24-inch sanitary sewer pipe; 44 each 4-inch pipe tees; 15 each concrete sanitary sewer manholes; 2 each minor adjustment of manholes for grind and overlay; 2,132 square yards trench resurfacing; 3,532 square yards cold plane pavement removal; 27 tons aggregate base; 1,060 tons Level 2, 1/2 inch ACP; 110 feet concrete curbs, curb and gutter; 328 square feet concrete driveways; 550 square feet concrete walks; 262 square feet concrete islands; 21 each bi-directional yellow Type I markers; 2,355 feet thermoplastic, extruded or sprayed, surface, non-profiled; 1 each pavement legend, Type B-HS: "Arrow"; 2 each pavement legend, Type B-HS: "Bicycle Lane Stencil"; 1 each pavement legend, Type B-HS: "Only"; 110 square feet pavement bar, Type B-HS. Completion date: October 17th, 2025 Cost Range: $2,000,000 - $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. Bids must be in writing and signed by or on behalf of the bidders. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, as provided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, prior to opening of bids. The City of Medford may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
