Reference Number 0000385490 The City of Medford Parks, Recreation & Facilities department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to maintain various Right-of-Way landscape areas throughout the City of Medford. These areas include the North Medford Interchange, South Medford Interchange, East McAndrews Rd, North Phoenix Rd, Big X, and Springbrook Rd. Awarded contract will start on July 1, 2025 and run for two years concluding on June 30, 2027. The selected proposer will be required to obtain a City of Medford Business License. A proposal may be withdrawn at any time before the proposal deadline, by providing a written request for the withdrawal of the proposal to the issuing office. A duly authorized representative of the firm shall execute the request. Withdrawal of a proposal will not prejudice the right of the proposer to file a new proposal. General Requirements - Insurance Required The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
