This project involves the replacement of the existing 2-ton split HVAC system with a new 100% outside air split system, rated at 1,000 CFM. All existing ductwork will be removed and replaced with new, insulated ductwork. Two existing exhaust fans will be removed and replaced with a single new exhaust fan to improve system efficiency. A new 200-amp, 120/240-volt, single-phase, three-wire electrical service will be installed, replacing the existing 60- amp panel currently fed from the main animal service building. All existing branch circuits, excluding those serving the current split system, will be modified and extended to connect to the new panel location.
