MLTC Asphalt Paving Tennessee Department of Correction / Mark Luttrell Transition Center is looking to apply a 2" asphalt overlay of existing asphalt portion of 6000 State Road Memphis, Tennessee 38134 Goods/Services to be Provided: Replace 13,525 SY 2" asphalt wearing course. Including 180 tons asphalt patching, 150 tons asphalt bushing for drainage in hatched areas shown on the Mark H. Luttrell Transition Center Site Map. o Mill existing surfaces o As applicable, remove and replace any signage o Mechanically broom sweep all areas o Clean Existing Pavement with air blower o Patch and fill existing cracks/potholes, adjust drainage slopes to ensure 100% drainage o Add tack coat per Tennessee Highway Standards o Wearing surface per Tennessee Highway Standards compacted thickness of two inches o Roll with tandem roller for compaction o Paint Stripping, 4-inch single white stripe outside lanes and delineating all parking spaces. o Contractor shall match the new stripes and parking spaces to equivalent to the current number and type of spaces All work outlined above must be completed and invoiced by no later than June 27, 2025.
