Reference Number 0000383348 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Castle Pines Project Description: The work performed under this contract generally consists of reconstructing Castle Pines Parkway eastbound, from around Forest Park Drive to Monarch Blvd. This project will reconstruct Eastbound Castle Pines Parkway from Forest Park Drive to Monarch Boulevard. The work includes removing the existing concrete pavement and curb and gutter, chemically treating the subgrade, placing new curb and gutter, and paving 6" of new HMA. Due to the proximity of Timber Trail Elementary School, work is scheduled to occur during the summer with a fixed completion date of August 9th. Please see the ITB for bonding, insurance, and other requirements. Each Bid must be accompanied, in a sealed envelope, separate from the one containing the Bid, by a Bid Bond.
