Site work for a water / sewer project in Castle Pines, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes relocating the existing generator and installing a new backup pump at Lift Station 3, a new generator and relocating and installing Lift Station 2 pumps at Lift Station 4, a new package pump station and overflow vaults at Lift Station 6, and new overflow vaults and a new flow meter at Lift Station 7. Work also includes electrical and controls upgrades, structural modifications, and wet well improvements. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check payable to Castle Pines North Metropolitan District shall be submitted with each bid. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the Districts interest. No proposal will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors. No bids will be considered which are received after the time mentioned, and any bids so received after the scheduled closing time shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
