Renovation of a military facility in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The purpose of this requirement is for the upgrade of twenty-nine (29) fire hydrants at Shaw AFB, SC IAW the attached Statement of Work. Project Title: Repair Valves/Hydrants Base Wide Project Location: Shaw AFB, SC Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 111 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a 100% Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 236220. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Site Visit is scheduled for 17 April 2025 at 2:30PM on Shaw AFB. Questions or request for Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer NLT 24 April 2025. Time Zone: All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) POC: Contract Specialist, Tariq Ellis (tariq.ellis@us.af.mil) Contracting Officer, Mallory Cary (mallory.cary@us.af.mil) All correspondence shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 111 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
