The University of South Carolina is seeking mechanical engineering services for renovations to the Williams-Brice Edwards Administration Building on the Sumter Campus at 200 Miller Road, Sumter, SC, 29150. This two-story facility is 27,997 gross square feet with the first floor constructed in 1966 and the second floor added in 1988. It is desired to update the HVAC system and associated controls in the entire facility.
