TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to engage experienced consultants for feasibility studies, design, and tendering services related to the installation of a corrosion control system at the 21 Mile Pump Station (Asset ID P280) has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The objective of this project is to develop a treatment system that adjusts the pH of the source water, ensuring the drinking water complies with Vancouver Coastal Health's guidelines for water quality. Further update in late summer 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
