Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 15, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed for Each and Every Calendar Day That the Contractor Has Not Completed the Work After the Completion Date. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31st of Any Given Year.
