As of May 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Small's Asphalt Paving, Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,298,273,.95. The Project consists of placing an Asphalt Concrete Level Course and applying chip and seal consisting of MC-3000 and placing pavement markings. All documents become property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded. The Bid Package must be purchased from the above mentioned location to be considered a plan holder, receive Addenda, and be eligible to bid on the project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be ODOT prequalified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
