clearing of brush piles roughly 14,000 sq feet with an average height of 10' Question Submission Deadline:April 17, 2025, 4:00pm Question Response Deadline:April 18, 2025, 11:00am The Town reserves the right to cancel this IFB, or to reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town to do so. The award of the contract to the successful bidder is contingent upon an appropriation of sufficient funds. The Town reserves to itself the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or to allow or deny variations from these specifications. The contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The time for the award may be extended for up to forty-five (45) additional days by mutual agreement between the Town and the apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bid prices submitted in response to this IFB must remain firm for sixty (60) days following bid opening, and for any extension of the time for award of the contract as provided above. The hauling and disposal of the brush Pile(s) at the Provincetown transfer station. Please see the attached photo of the work area. The Town of Provincetown, MA is soliciting bids for clearing of brush piles roughly 14,000 sq feet with an average height of 10' The specifications for said Project are attached hereto in the Scope of Work Section
