Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Work consists of demolition and site clearing at 288A bradford, and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Town of Provincetown is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive demolition and site clearing services for the property located at 288A Bradford Street. This project aims to prepare the site for future development while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in demolition and construction safety. The selected contractor will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of existing structures and site debris, as well as the proper handling of hazardous materials if encountered during the work.
