MacMillan Pier Switchgear Replacement Project Location: 24 MacMillan Wharf, Provincetown, MA 02657 The scope of work for the MacMillan Pier Switchgear Replacement project includes mobilization of personnel, equipment, and materials to the site, with a temporary staging area located in the adjacent MacMillan Pier Parking Lot. The work begins with selective demolition and disposal of existing electrical components to accommodate the new installation. A new 800A, 480V three-section switchboard will be installed to replace the existing main switchgear. This will be followed by disconnection and reconnection of feeder cables to integrate the new system. Coordination with the local utility provider will address service interruptions andrequired approvals. The project also includes miscellaneous electrical work such as grounding, bonding, and system testing in accordance with applicable standards. Please refer to the individual specifications and Contract Drawings for comprehensive details for all work involved. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the MacMillan Pier Switchgear Replacement, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as defined herein. The Contract Documents are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
